Terms, Disclaimers & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in PERMISSION – THE EVENT ("Permission" or "Seminar"). By registering for Permission at any one of our locations ("Location"), you ("Attendee") acknowledge your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you do not fully agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, you should not register for or attend Permission.
Nicklaus Suino, his companies, employees, agents, and representatives (“Host”) requires all Attendees to be respectful, supportive and professional to staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during downtime and breaks. Host reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Location immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. Under these circumstances, the Attendee's tuition/fees for Permission will not be reimbursed. Attendees asked to leave will not receive any advertised bonus nor will they qualify for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.
Attendee is legally responsible for his/her own safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following terms:
I, the willing Attendee of Permission, hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in Permission. I hereby release Host, Nicklaus Suino, and his officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at Permission, whether caused by negligence of the Host, its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Host, Nicklaus Suino and any company participatiing in the Seminar from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Seminar. Under no circumstances will Host or Nicklaus Suino or their assigns be held liable for my injury or death or any loss of or damage to my personal belongings resulting from my participation in Permission.
Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in Permission, I consent to such treatment. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Host verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after Permission in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Host is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper my full and healthful participation in Permission that I will notify the Host and that the Host retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of Permission.
Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice
The information proferred by the Host, Nicklaus Suino, or any participating third-party through Permission, or their websites or services, cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological or legal fields. Host does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial or legal advice and none of the information contained in Permission should be construed as such advice. Neither Host, Nicklaus Suino nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates are liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee's business(es), including economic losses, that may result from participation in Permission or from the use or inability or failure to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated in Permission, or any products or services provided pursuant to Permission, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Host or Nicklaus Suino be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee's participation in Permission. Attendee alone is responsible for decisions, actions and results, and by your participation in Permission, you agree not to hold or attempt to hold Host, Nicklaus Suino, liable for any decisions, actions taken or results due to your participation in Permission at any time, under any circumstances whatsoever.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Attendee hereby understands that the information, tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in Permission are owed by and proprietary to Host and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, summarize, teach or train from Permission materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Host. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these concepts, materials, and intellectual property is prohibited and Host will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated.
Those under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend Permission events.
During our Seminars, it is never our intent to offend anyone. However, we may discuss adult topics or use adult or profane language. Participants who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not attend Permission. Attendees acknowledge that discussion of shocking or adult concepts and the use of profanity do not constitute a breach of Host's duties or constitute breach of any express or implied warranties.
Audio/Visual Rules and Release
Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information, activities or interactions at our seminars. No recording devices, photography or videography are allowed in the Permission event room.
By participating in Permission, Attendee understands that portions of the live event may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by the Host or his representatives. Attendee agrees that the Host and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee's name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from the Host’s events are the exclusive property of the Host and Attendee is not entitled to compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks. Host owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during any event or seminar offered by Host.
Once Attendee registers for Permission, we take heroic efforts and make commitments in anticipation of their attendance. We incur significant effort, expenses, and loss of business in the event of cancellation. For those reasons, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds starting 10 days after Attendee has registered for one of our Seminars. If Attendee cancels within 10 days of registering, he/she will receive a full refund, but after 10 days Attendee will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. If you are unsure whether you can attend our event, do not register. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event after you have registered and after 10 days have passed from your registration, we will credit your tuition toward a future event offered by Host or Nicklaus Suino at our sole discretion.

We guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with our seminars under the following circumstances: if you attend the entire event and participate fully, with energy, an open mind and a positive spirit. Satisfaction is defined here as Host having delivered on the promises made in our marketing. If you’re not satisfied at the conclusion of the event after having attended our entire event, and you notify us in writing within 30 days - detailing your reasons for dissatisfaction, we will refund your tuition. We are not responsible for the costs of your travel, lodging, food, entertainment, or any costs other than the event tuition under any circumstances whatsoever. Our guarantee represents our promise about the quality of services that we deliver; if Attendee never experiences our services, the guarantee does not apply.
